At home, Kate spends time with Jack and Haley before her trip to spend time Toby; Kate takes the kids to the park, plays with them and wraps a gift; at work, Kate celebrates Courtney learning her first song on piano then helps out at Sheila's retirement party.
Toby shows Kate around San Francisco; Kate calls the kids as she as Toby talks with work; Kate and Toby look of seals at the pier then place a love lock at Fisherman's Warf.
At Toby's office party Kate receives news that Toby had previously been offered a job for LA, she leaves the party to take a breather outside after the revelation.

S6:EP11 Saturday in the Park
At per-usual on Saturday, Kate and Toby take Jack and Haley to the part as they walk their Kate and Toby so Sprechstimme (sing-speak) Jack's path to the park for this memory; as their time at the park, Toby tells Kate how much he missed her laughing after hearing it.
Toby makes sure he hears the lock bolt on the houses door after the days events; Kevin tells Randall how recent visit to Madison went for him; the triplets gather together in the backyard to discuss the days events; Toby comes to watch over Jack as he sleeps; Rebecca watches her kids rally around each others; (flashback) as Kate, Kevin and Randall sleep, Rebecca informs that the kids rally another one another is the best gift she could ask for.
S6:EP12 Katoby
(Flashforward) At their engagement party, Kate and Philip lead everyone in a rendition of Chumbawamba's 'Tubthumping' which was playing when the two met for the first time; (repeats] [0:55] In Koreatown, Kate hands out with Philip at a karaoke bar in a attempt to cheer at up after the finalization of her divorce.
As they leave their divorce attorneys office, Kate and Toby find their elevator ride awkward with the romantic music but soon find themselves bursting into laughter at the situation.
End montage of events after Kate and Toby's divorce is finalization.
S6:EP13 Day of the Wedding
S6:EP14 The Night Before the Wedding
Arielle performs at the wedding rehearsal, Kevin admires her singing noting it to Kate and Philip who remark on singing rock classics being a Pearson kryptonite; Kevin talks with Oliver telling him he's not looking for anyone at the wedding to hook up with; Kevin and Randall talk about Sophie and Kevin not causing any drama at the wedding when Sophie ironically arrives.
Arielle sings at the wedding reception; Kevin informs Randall about his night then informs him about Sophie; overhearing Kevin and Randall's conversation, Beth runs off to update Madison on their 'Kevin case'; Sophie informs Rebecca that she enjoyed her song.
After hearing the full story of Kevin's previous day, Randall gives his brother advice through a Buffalo Bills metaphor to help him decided on his future and Sophie.
Sophie gives Kevin a heart-to-heart speech; Kevin replies to Sophie with a Valentine's Day card from their childhood; Flashback to Kevin and Sophie meeting as children on Valentine's Day at school; Kevin makes Sophie a Valentine's Day card; Kevin and Sophie kiss causing their family, friends and the wedding guest to applaud them.

Montage of Rebecca through the years taking are of the triplets in their time of need.
(Flashback) Rebecca shows Kevin how to tie his shoes; (present) Kevin ties Rebecca's shows for a walk and family gather; Montage as the family take the time to care for Rebecca during the final years of her life continuing to return to her and Miguel's home as Alzheimer's takes hold of her; (flashbacks) Montage of scenes of Rebecca caring for the triplets as they would for her in the future; (future) Kevin calls Randall to ask for him to return as their mother has entered the final stages of her disease.
S6:EP17 The Train
Kevin puts on Rebecca's favorite singer while telling the younger Pearsons the story of how she meet Joni Mitchell; Montage as the family members take time to say their goodbyes to Rebecca and as they do others share heartfelt stories of Rebecca's matchmaking.
Flashback montage of the aftermath of Marcus Brooks' father and Jack meeting; Marcus survivors his surgery; Rebecca is told that Jack passed suddenly; (in limbo) William tells Rebecca its time to move on but she informs him she's waiting on someone.
S6:EP18 Us
Rebecca and Jack marvel at how fast Kevin, Kate and Randall have grown up; In her limbo state, Rebecca is helped by Jack to let go and move onward while promising her that she'll always be with their children; the Big Three together; Montage of the Pearson family together in the past and in the present together as the family.
