When Jonas leaves Martha at the lake (17:40 until 18:00 or so of s2e6) I think you hear the last 15 seconds of “winden 2053” or an adapted version of it, which was not published by Ben Frost. This was the most similar tune I could find. From 18:30 you hear “Ich dachte ich haette meer zeit”

According to this website it was performed by Liam Byrne on an instrument called viola da gamba. “That said, there are exceptions and they are fun. When Jonas wakes up in the 20s we really wanted the score to drive the point that we were now somewhere new, and really far from home. This song (s2e6, 6:27 onwards) is on the soundtrack of season 1, called “Ein Mensch - ein Schmetterling” (from 1:00). It might be an adapted version of this tune, which was not published by Ben Frost. This comes the closest to the tune you hear in that episode.
