S1:EP1 Pilot
Brad makes a call while on the Santa Monica beach. He leaves a voicemail informing them that he is back in the States but he can't go into details.
Brad drives Mickey and Kitty around Los Angeles. on a night. They are singing along until they are struck by a truck, which causes the automobile to catch fire.
A man uses a podium in a gym to check his phone. Mickey is being observed by a blonde woman across the gym.
Ashley is on the football field with several cheerleaders, watching them uncomfortably learn the dances from Rachel.
Mickey lumbers down the street while carrying his rucksack. He turns around, picks up the pace, and walks out into the rear of the old house.
Mickey reads back through the discussion he just had with Ashley, which finished with him texting her to say, "I'm here."
At a diner is Mickey. In between sipping coffee and looking around, he arranges the paper mats.
A tabletop jukebox's tunes are flipped through by Mickey. Asked if everything is okay, he texts Ashley.
Mickey climbs the stairs and peers through the guardrail into the corridors and rooms beyond.
Mickey and Arthur sprint through the forest. They sprint through a street lined with police cars and ambulances. He struggles to escape their grip as a body is taken out of the house, but the cops tackle him to the ground.
S1:EP2 Catch Me If U Can
Shira opens a box of supplies. She takes hold of a scuffed basketball bearing the letters S.B.
Mickey looks through pictures of him and Ashley while perched on the side of his bed.
Ema gives Mickey a bow and moves toward the window. She declines his offer to walk her home when he offers to do so. She exits and returns home.
Through the car window, Mickey stoop down to grin at his mother, who gives him a kiss in return. She struggles not to cry.
The pals walk into a tattoo parlor. Mickey and Arthur are introduced to Angel by Ema. Angel tells Mickey that he feels like a protector as they shake hands.
S1:EP3 The Dirt Locker
Mickey watches video of the hallway on a monitor while working alone at a desk. As he converses with Ashley, he observes himself resting against the wall. Each of them gives the other a smile.
When Mickey gets home from school, he is startled by a number of people who are holding wine glasses. His grandparents are visible at a table that is piled high with food. Mickey is greeted and given hugs.
Mickey and Rachel descend the stairs. Ema looks through the video of the hallway, pauses, and starts over. As she walks down the corridor, she observes Whitney inspecting her as she passes.
At Mickey's home, visitors mingle. Troy goes outside as Rachel waves the Taylors off. She shuts her eyes as he encircles her in an embrace, and she leans in close.
Shira goes and gets a bottle of wine. Ellen sighs and takes a sip of her beverage. Shira is joined by Hannah on the home's roof.
Three empty glasses are picked up by Shira from the counter. Hannah enters. Hannah is asked by Shira if she forgot anything. Shira receives a lip kiss from Hannah as she leans closer.
S1:EP4 Phantom Threads
In her bedroom, Shira frantically dashes while stationary. She sprints to another area of the carpet before carrying on. Hannah kissing her against the refrigerator comes to mind.
Shira chokes on a sausage after seeing the Taylors. Hannah beams at Mickey as she gives her a pat on the back.
Shira consoles Ken at the prom as he throws up into a trashcan. Shira responds that Ken is attractive when Hannah wonders why she is dating him.
Shira is asked if she wants to dance by Hannah as she gets up. They enter the dance floor, embrace one another with their arms around each other, and sway to the music while resting their heads on each other's shoulders. Shira is informed by Hannah that she will miss her a lot the following year.
In the auditorium, Buck gives a test. Marisa Zamboni elected to perform in the color guard rather than the musical, and Spoon tells Ema that they practiced the song as a duet rather than a solo. He will be fine, says Ema.
S1:EP5 See Me Feel Me Touch Me Heal Me
Ema is followed through the woods by Mickey and Spoon. She learns that the two are following her when they come close to this residence.
Emma learns from Whitney that she has a crush on her. When Emma tells Whitney that she likes her too, Whitney is taken aback.
S1:EP6 Candy's Room
Whitney and Ema meet in the school hallway. She expresses to Whistney her desire to never see her again.
In the kitchen are Hannah and Shira. Shira is informed by the former that she spoke with Rob and scheduled a call for the exhumation for the following day.
Bobby is dragged behind by two men as he walks to the coast on the beach. Buddy raises a gun and points it at him as they drop him. As the three soldiers open fire, Mickey throws sand in Buddy's face and jumps into the ocean. The scene changes to the closing titles.
S1:EP7 Sweet Dreams Are Made of This
Candy responds that it is not her true name but that Spoon should continue to address her by that name.

When Rachel enters a residence, her schoolmates are having a party there. Whitney is asked where Troy is by Rachel. Whitney shows him the way.
As he is inebriated at the party, Troy informs Rachel that their relationship is over.

In the locker room, the basketball team forms a circle to encourage one another. To the court, they jog. The game is discussed by Spoon and his colleague.
