it is heavily yiddish accented hebrew song sung in traditional jewish weddings as the bride circles the groom under the wedding canopy. It was sung at the character's wedding and she sings it at the end. He Who understands the speech of the rose of thorns, the affection of lovers, the joy of the beloved, may He bless the bridegroom and the bride. The expression "rose of thorns" is an allusion to a verse from Song of Songs about a betrothed being like a rose among the thorns...

The song I’m interested in is the second one which Shira Haas sings at her audition. The first of her two songs is “an die Musik”, but what is the second one? I suspect it is in Hungarian or Yiddish.

It's part of a traditional jewish poem called Mi Ben Siach, written more than 400 years ago. It is often preformed at wedding in the orthodox jewish community with a Hasidic tune . The performance of Shira Haas is very powerful and unique (and sad, unlike most of the performance at weddings), but you can find more online.
