Vincent takes the briefcase in his hand and moves on. While cleaning the dash and steering wheel and inspecting the lights, Max works on his taxi in the garage.
Max is still operating a taxi. He is shown traveling through the city in aerial shots.

There is a couple bickering in the rear as Max pulls onto the motorway.

Vincent is driven to his first location by Max. Vincent reveals his dislike of Los Angeles. Max eats a lunch and peruses car brochures as Vincent exits the vehicle.

Max grabs Vincent's briefcase and exits the medical facility.

On his way to see Felix, Max (as Vincent) strolls into the pub or club. He is checked by the guards before being seated next to Felix.
Felix discusses the list with Max (posing as Vincent).
Max enters the bar following his meeting with Felix as Vincent.
Max is instructed to drive to the Fever nightclub by Vincent, who consults the list on the memory stick. Police agencies plan their operations. Regarding whether Max is Vincent or not, the cops cannot agree.
A coyote crosses the road, and Max stops the cab. The police are trailing as he drives off once more. Max pulls up in front of the club that will be his next victim. The police are following closely.
While the cops search for their own target inside the club, Vincent seeks for the target and instructs Max to go somewhere. Vincent scans the guards before dispatching each one one by one. Vincent ends the victim's life and then flees.
Vincent tells him to slow down, but he drives quickly and runs red lights. Soon after the song has finished, he intentionally crashes the cab.
This is the song at the end credits.
